Keep it light… Have fun with it.

When looking at property try to keep your mood as light as possible. The world is not going to stop if this is not the home for you. What I hear from todays buyers is that the agent they were working with before was pushing Them to hard. I think realtors forget what it was like to purchase that first home and how stressfull it is. I have always enjoyed going out and showing homes.Its gets me to see other properties that, although may notbe a fit for this customer,might fit another one of my customers. For the 23 year I have been a Realtor Buying home never gotten any less stressfull. You Gotta Have fun with it!!!
